ShoreTel Communicator is getting a facelift and becoming Mitel/Shoretel Connect.  Although all the current features are remaining, the look and feel of the new software is significant and we’d like to give you a preview training session next week to get a visual of what to expect. Targeted upgrade date affecting you, our end users, is Friday, February 2.

Four training sessions at multiple City locations to accommodate all staff without traveling!  Hopefully you can find time to come take a look and see what the upgrade is all about!
