All programs at the Thousand Oaks Library are free and open to the public. Program partners collaborate with Thousand Oaks Library to offer a single or series of programs with thematic ties to the Library’s mission. Thousand Oaks Library plans programs approximately 3-12 months in advance. We will review all proposals and contact you if we are able to accommodate your proposed program.
Thousand Oaks Library offers a wide range of programs, including but not limited to concerts, lectures, classes, performances, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics), literary or book related talks or activities. Please note that programs sponsored and promoted by the Library must be open to the public and must not involve the selling of goods or promotion of services that require a charge.
If you would like to suggest a program, please use our Program Suggestion Form.
If you would like to offer a program at the Thousand Oaks Library for the public, please submit a Program Partnership Proposal.
Program Proposal forms are reviewed on an ongoing basis by the Public Services team. Notification of the status of requests will be sent within 30 days of receipt.
