How to Hard Refresh Page on a Browserhard-refresh

Google Chrome

WINDOWS: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.
MAC: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.

Mozilla Firefox

WINDOWS: hold down Ctrl and then press R on your keyboard.
MAC: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.

Microsoft Edge (Windows)

Hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.

Safari (Mac)

Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E.
To refresh, click the refresh button on the address bar or press Cmd + R.


How to Clear Your Browser History (cache)

When you use the Internet to access Web pages, files, images and other downloaded content, your Web browser caches information on your computer.  Sometimes clearing this information will resolve issues accessing a Web page. Note: Clearing your browsing history may also remove any saved login information on any other Websites.

Mozilla Firefox

Chrome History

  • WINDOWS: Press the SHIFT+CONTROL+DELETE keys on your keyboard at the same time.
  • MAC: Press the SHIFT+COMMAND+DELETE keys on your keyboard at the same time.

OR

  • From the Tools menu at the top of the browser window, select Clear Recent History.  Note: If you don’t have the top navigation menu, use the Firefox icon in the upper left corner.

  • Select Everything in the Time range to clear.

  • Select Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, and Cache in the Details section.

  • Click the Clear Now button.


Google Chrome

Chrome History
  • WINDOWS: Press the SHIFT+CONTROL+DELETE keys on your keyboard at the same time.

  • MAC: Press the SHIFT+COMMAND+DELETE keys on your keyboard at the same time.

OR

  • Click the settings icon select Tools, Clear Browsing Data.

  • Change Clear the following items from to "the beginning of time".

  • Select the first four items.

  • Click the Clear browsing data button.


Microsoft Edge (Windows)

Edge History

  • Press the SHIFT+CONTROL+DELETE keys on your keyboard at the same time.

OR

  • From the Tools menu at the top of the browser window, select Delete Browsing History. Note: If you don’t have the top navigation menu, use the Tools drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

  • Select the first four items.

  • Click the Delete button.

 

 

 


Safari (Mac)Safari History

  • For MacOS - From the Safari menu, select History > Clear History and choose All Time for the time range.

  • For iOS - Go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.
