TINY ART SHOW

This program is for adults only. Theme: Color Our World.

Submission Process

Starting June 16th, pick up a kit from the library. Kit includes a 4" x 4" canvas, acrylic paint, and a paintbrush. *While supplies last.*
Return your finished artwork to the Help Desk in the provided box. You may keep the paint and brush.
Artwork must be dry and display-ready (wet paint will not be accepted).
Artists must sign a submission agreement at drop-off.
Please note that artwork will only be displayed at the Thousand Oaks Library.

Rules & Guidelines for Participants

One entry per artist.
Objects, paper, and materials (except food or anything that has a strong odor) may be glued to the canvas, but artwork must remain 4 inches in all directions. If your artwork is too heavy for our easels, we may be unable to display it properly.
Art submissions must be original artwork. AI artwork is not permitted.
No obscenity, nudity or other “adult”-oriented goods or services.
The library reserves the right to display works at its discretion.

Timeline

June 16 - August 3	Pick up a kit from the library. While supplies last. Kit includes a 4" x 4" canvas, acrylic paint, and a paintbrush.
August 3	Last day to submit your art.
August 9 - September 9	Artwork will be displayed at the Grant R. Brimhall Library, on our Website, and social media.
September 15 - October 15	Pick up your artwork from the library by October 15.

Everyone who participates in the event will be entered into an opportunity drawing for a $50 Michaels Gift Card.

While we will take every precaution to handle your artwork with care, Thousand Oaks Library is not responsible for any damage to artwork during handling, display, or pick-up. Participants submit their artwork at their own risk.
