TINY ART SHOW SUBMISSION FORM

This program is for adults only. Theme: Color Our World

Rules & Guidelines for Participants

1. One entry per artist.
2. Objects, paper, and materials (except food or anything that has a strong odor) may be glued to the canvas, but artwork must remain 4 inches in all directions. If your artwork is too heavy for our easels, we may be unable to display it properly.
3. Art submissions must be original artwork. AI artwork is not permitted.
4. No obscenity, nudity, or other “adult”-oriented goods or services.
5. The library reserves the right to display works at its discretion.

By submitting your artwork for the Tiny Art Show, you agree to the following:

• I understand that Thousand Oaks is not responsible for any damage to my artwork during handling, display, or pick-up.

• I agree to pick up my artwork by the pickup date (October 15th) and understand that any artwork left after this date will become the property of Thousand Oaks Library. The library reserves the right to dispose of or repurpose any unclaimed artwork after the pick-up deadline.

• I agree to follow all the rules and guidelines of the Tiny Art Show as outlined in this form.

• I acknowledge that I have filled out the Tiny Art Show ID Form completely and accurately.

All artists will be asked to sign a digital submission agreement when dropping off artwork. Artists will be emailed a copy of the agreement.
