Youth Commission
REGULAR MEETING - TELECONFERENCE/VIDEO CONFERENCE
Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, the Youth Commission meeting will be conducted via teleconference and/or video conference. Youth Commissioners will be participating via teleconference and/or video conference.
You may participate in the meeting by submitting your comments by email to: YouthCommission@toaks.org (please indicate the agenda number in the subject line). To give City staff adequate time to provide your comments to the Commissioners, please submit your comments no later than 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.
If you would like to speak on an agenda item, please email YouthCommission@toaks.org no later than 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting and indicate you would like to speak at the meeting. You will be emailed information explaining how to join and speak at the meeting. See below for more information.
Pursuant to the Executive Order, and in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you need special assistance to participate in the Youth Commission meeting, please contact the Youth Commission Staff Liaison (805) 381-7362 within 48 hours of the meeting.

Agenda Availability: The Youth Commission Agenda is posted at the entry to the Civic Arts Plaza/City Hall, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks [main posting location pursuant to the Brown Act, G.C. 54954.2(a)]. Agenda packet and “Live and Archived” meetings and minutes are available on the City’s website at www.toaks.org.
Public Input: Please submit your comments via email to Youthcommission@toaks.org (include agenda number) no later than 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. If you would like to speak on an agenda item during the meeting, please email youthcommission@toaks.org no later than 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. If you would like to speak during the meeting, you will be asked to provide an email address and/or telephone number where you may be reached when the item is being discussed at the Youth Commission meeting. Persons addressing the Youth Commission are requested to state their name and community of residence for the record.
