The Nonprofit Empowerment and Exemption Symposium

This Symposium will benefit nonprofit organizations to help improve the quality of life for all Californians. The FREE event will also provide nonprofit organizations the tools and resources they need to enhance their success.

Jerome E. Horton, a member of the California State Board of Equalization, is partnering with Los Angeles County Assessor, Jeffrey Prang, and with established leaders from corporate, government, and key partner organizations. Experts will provide nonprofit organizations with the educational opportunities on the potential benefits of state and federal property tax exemption laws, we well as provide resources to help participants identify a broad range of tax credits and incentives to stimulate economic development, generate wealth in the communities, eliminate blight, and reduce socioeconomic disparities.
