This meeting will include a public hearing to consider municipal code amendment related to cannabis:

1. Adopt a Regulatory Ordinance for commercial cannabis businesses (1 cannabis retailer-medical and 1 cannabis testing laboratory).
2. Amending the Zoning Ordinance to allow described uses in the Industrial Park Zones (M-1).
3. Relocate standards for personal cannabis cultivation from the Zoning Ordinance to the Regulatory Ordinance
4. Amend the City’s Social Host Liability Ordinance to add the provisions for unruly gatherings to include underage persons consuming cannabis that do not have a medical recommendation.
