Introduction to Yoga

This six-week class is designed as an introduction to some of the less strenuous forms of yoga. Styles will include Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Beginning Yoga. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted; please bring a yoga mat. Props (strap/block) will help you facilitate poses but are not required. Thursdays from January 23rd through February 27th from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Grant R. Brimhall Library Community Room.
