This workshop will go over business plan basics and will use visual techniques to speed the process and improve it. Presented By: Pete Scifres - Before retiring, Pete worked for 34 years in manufacturing, physical distribution, purchasing, and inventory planning/control. For the last 17 of those years he worked at the Universal Music Group, then largest of the 6 global pre-recorded music companies. At retirement in 2007 he was President of USA Manufacturing and Logistics and in that role led various teams that negotiated many purchasing and outsourcing agreements. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSE from Purdue University.
