Attorney Roy Schneider brings more than 40 years of experience to practicing law in the areas of business planning, entity formation, employment law, contract law, estate planning, and non-profit law. Attorney Schneider is a frequent author and lecturer on business law and topics related thereto, such as employment law, estate planning, business succession planning, fiduciary duties of non-profit boards of directors, and business ethics, to his legal peers, his clients and to the community at large. 

Attorney Ted Schneider assists his clients, with respect to all aspects of personnel matters, including employee discipline, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, hostile work environment, sexual harassment, leaves of absence, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the California Labor Code.  Ted also develops and reviews employee handbooks and employment policies for his clients.
