All Thousand Oaks Library locations will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, and will remain close on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, in observance of Thanksgiving. Self-Service Access will be unavailable on those days.
The Planning Commission reviews and decides applications for commercial, residential, industrial, and other development projects. The Commission also makes recommendations to the City Council on matters related to the City's General Plan, zoning ordinance and other City planning policies and regulations. City residency is required.
