Next Spring and Summer, the City’s Public Works Department will be resurfacing the pavement on Hillcrest Drive, between Lynn Road and Moorpark Road.  After repaving, the City has an opportunity to upgrade or modify the pavement striping on Hillcrest Drive to make the roadway more user friendly to bicyclists and pedestrians  in the future. The City invites you to voice your opinion on this concept which will help address concerns over vehicle speeds, bicyclist safety and pedestrian safe
