All Thousand Oaks Library locations will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, and will remain close on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, in observance of Thanksgiving. Self-Service Access will be unavailable on those days.
The public is invited to assist the City in identifying the unmet needs of lower-income persons and households that could be addressed with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
