All Thousand Oaks Library locations will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. Self-Service Access will be unavailable on that day.
The public is invited to assist the City in identifying the unmet needs of lower-income persons and households that could be addressed with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
