All Thousand Oaks Library locations will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, and will remain close on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, in observance of Thanksgiving. Self-Service Access will be unavailable on those days.
Preparing teens for financial independence. Guest speaker to discuss financial planning with teens. Program will discuss money matters and help teens understand and gain financial responsibility. A speaker from Ventura County Credit Union will review a variety of topics related to budgeting, spending, paying bills, checking and savings accounts, credit and investing.
