Returning Users
If you have an active Thousand Oaks Library seat, you can sign in to Coursera. If not, please follow the steps above to register.
When Your Seat Expires
Seats are available for a limited time. When your seat expires, your account activity will be preserved. We recommend backing up any certificates or completed work as a precaution. After expiration, your account will transition to a general Coursera account with access to limited free content. You may register for another seat with TO Library after 24 hours (as long as seats are available).
Seats will expire without notice once 3 courses are completed, after 3 months, or if users do not enroll in a course within 30 days of registering.
Inactive Users
Due to high demand, your seat will be reassigned without notice if your account is inactive for 30 days or longer. Your account will transition to a general Coursera account with limited access to free content, and any previous activity will be retained. You may register for another seat with TO Library after 24 hours (as long as seats are available).
When the Program is Full
If there are no available seats, you will see a "Program Full" notification. Please check back regularly to see if seats become available, as there is no waiting list and access is not guaranteed.
If the program is full, we encourage you to explore other library's online learning resources.
