Inside the Library

  1. Connect to the Library's WiFi network or use the Library Internet or Research computers.
  2. Access wsj.com/access/tol without being prompted to login/subscribe while in the Library.

Unlimited access to articles in The Wall Street Journal online is available to Thousand Oaks Library card holders. Create a Wall Street Journal user account to save an article, receive newsletters, alerts or recommendations.

Offsite/Remote access

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Library My Account
  2. Click eNewspaper on the left navigation menu in My Account.
  3. Click The Wall Street Journal Online ink. Wall Street Journal
  4. Create or sign in with a free Wall Street Journal account. Once signed in, you will have free access to wsj.com for 3 days.
  5. After 3 days, simply log in to My Account and sign in with the username and password you originally created.

After following the 5 steps above, you can sign in with the same username and password for The Wall Street Journal apps below.
