 The Thousand Oaks Library will host a free mental health resource fair on Saturday, June 1^st from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.  Learn valuable information from local organizations such as Los Robles Hospital, UCLA Behavioral Health Associates, County of Ventura Veteran Services, Senior Concerns, the Alzheimer's Association, and Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurses Association. Programs and demonstrations will include mindfulness meditation, tai chi, and Art Trek will showcase art programs for stress relief. This program is funded by a grant from California State Library.
