All Thousand Oaks Library locations will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, and will remain close on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, in observance of Thanksgiving. Self-Service Access will be unavailable on those days.
Practice speaking English in an informal and friendly group setting. This program is open to adults who are interested in developing their speaking fluency. Participants of varying levels of English proficiency and from all native languages are welcome.
