RBdigital Streaming Video FAQ
RBdigital Streaming Video offers four streaming services, including Acorn TV, The Great Courses, IndieFlix & Qello Concerts. Enjoy 2 passes a week, each pass allows for 7 days of access to any one service.
To use RBdigtial Streaming Video, follow these simple steps:

Set up your RBDigital Account with your library card, email and password on a computer or in the app. From that point forward you will use your email/password combination to login.

If you already have an RBDigital account, you just need to sign in.

Once in your RBDigital account – either on the app or online, select which streaming option you want to access.

Follow the prompts from the service you selected. Once you have the account set up, you should be able to access their service from the RBDigital App and wherever the streaming service is available – Roku, Amazon Fire, mobile device with a browser, Apple TV, etc.
While you may return a service early, you will still have to wait until the 7 days have expired before you can use the pass again. In the meantime, you can still revisit the service you recently returned.
No, but you may see which services you have checked out and how long it will be until they expire. To do so, click the " the three-lined “Menu” icon at the top left corner of the RBdigital website and click "Checked Out".
Yes. You can change your email address on the “My Profile” page. You can get to the “My Profile” page by clicking the three-lined “Menu” icon at the top-left side of the RBdigital website and then clicking on “My Account/Profiles” menu page on the RBdigital browser site (email changes are not available within the apps.) Next, click on the “edit” icon next to “Email Address,” enter the new email address, confirm the new email address, and click the save button.
Acorn TV FAQ
Access some of the most popular British TV shows – both classic and current.

Passwords must be at least four characters long and can contain both numbers and letters.
Passwords are case sensitive. Usernames are not. -
Once you're logged in, you will be redirected the streaming video channel.

For the next 7 days, you will be able to watch any video or take any courses offered. You will receive an email to remind you when your checkout is about to expire. After 7-days, check out another 7-day access to resume viewing your content. A separate 7-day checkout is required to access another service such as The Great Courses, IndieFlix, and Qello Concerts.
There is a limit of 2 passes per week. If they are all in use, you will see a message encouraging you to try again later.
These services are streaming only and require broadband access. When using the RBDigital app, check the settings and select “wi-fi only” to avoid using mobile data.
