Drive-up Curbside is now Curbside-By-Appointment beginning July 6!
We have moved to Curbside-By-Appointment. Patrons will park in designated spots on the Children’s side of the library during their appointment-time.
New expanded hours for Curbside-By-Appointment:
Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
All Thousand Oaks Library card holders with a hold ready for pickup may use Curbside-By-Appointment.
You will be notified by the Library when your item(s) are ready to be picked up. If your notification preference is set to e-mail, you can click on the Curbside-by-Appointment link in the Hold Notice you received to make a pickup appointment. The Library suggests using e-mail as your notification method so that you will receive your notice as soon as possible and be able to make a pickup appointment to get your items.
Place a hold - Place a hold though online catalog or call 805-449-2660 option 5, and select TO Library as pickup location.
Make an appointment – After receiving a Hold Pickup Notice, go to www.tolibrary.org/curbside to make an appointment or call 805-381-7355.
Pick up & enjoy - Come to the library at your appointment time. Park in the designated spot outside the Grant R. Brimhall Library Children's side & contact us to let us know you are here by clicking on the link in your appointment email to chat or text us. Staff will bring your materials out to you.

If your notification preference is text or telephone, you can proceed to the Library to pick up your item(s) once you have received a Hold Notice from the Library. Park your vehicle in one of the two designated Curbside Pickup parking spots and call (805) 468-7560 to start the pickup process.
Please be sure to bring your cell phone, library card, and photo identification with you to Curbside-by-Appointment. Staff will bring your items out to your vehicle.

Login to My Account to check the status of your item(s) under the Holds tab. If the status says “Ready For Pickup,” then you can schedule a Curbside-By-Appointment or walk into the Library to pick up your item(s).

Items will be held for seven days.
An appointment ensures a quick and easy pickup for your materials. Patrons without appointments may still pick up their materials at Grant R. Brimhall Library on the hold shelf.
Items will only be available for pickup at the Grant R. Brimhall Library on 1401 Janss Road.
Patrons can return their items to either the Grant R. Brimhall or the Newbury Park Library. Drive-up book drops are available at both locations. Patrons can also return items directly inside either library.
