Yoga for Beginners and Boomers

Join us for a safety-conscious, lighthearted yoga class which will help you improve balance and create space in both mind and body. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, and block and strap if possible. Participants should be able to stand, as well as get up and down from the ground, unassisted.

Conversations with Mom is a free group for mothers with newborns 0-6 months to learn about parenting. A family therapist is available to answer questions. Co-sponsored by Los Robles Hospital.

Kalinka's music is a high energy blend of Klezmer music, wild Balkan tunes Jewish klezmer, gypsy jazz and swing. Formed nine years ago, this Santa Barbra-based group has played at the Skirball Cultural Center, the Live Oak Music Festival, Topanga Canyon Banjo & Fiddle Festival, and many other Coastal California venues. Led by clarinetist, Fred Nadis with Eric Ederer on acoustic guitar/oud, Bensik Yzeiri and Daniel Moltke on violin, and Andrew Fedders on bass.

Dive into playing with Grammy nominated musician Pete Pidgeon. He has a bachlor's degree in jazz studies from the University of New York & Mason Gross School of the arts at Rutgers College. Learn tools to either start as a beginner or take your playing to the next level. No guitar required, or feel free to bring your own.
