The City's Community Development Department is inviting comments from residents, stakeholders and all interested parties, to help identify the unmet needs of the City's lower-income households that could potentially be addressed by the City, from July 2018 through June 2019, using available resources, including federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and local Social Services Endowment Funds.
