Open enrollment will take place September 11, 2017 through September 22, 2017. Any changes to your benefits, including Flexible Spending Account elections, must be completed no later than September 22, 2017 through the "TASC Benefit Enroll" online enrollment process.
For those employees who do not have access to a computer or who have questions about how to complete the online enrollment, the Computer Training Room in the Finance Department has been reserved for this purpose on September 13, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 11 :30 a.m. Human Resources staff will be available to assist you in completing your online open enrollment. If you have a vacation scheduled for the above dates, please contact Jodi Golletti at extension 2147 or Sharon Chen at extension 2168 in advance of your vacation.
Please note, this is the only timeframe for employees and their dependents to make changes to their benefits for the calendar year 2018. Once this open enrollment period end_s, only a family status change will enable an employee to make changes. Examples of a family status change include: marriage, divorce or birth/adoption of a child.
The 2018 Medical Plan Rates are attached for your reference.
