From March 14 to April 13, 2023, the public is invited to review and comment on the Draft 2023-24 Action Plan prepared for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). 

The draft document will be available at City Hall Planning counter and on the City website at www.toaks.org/cdd and describe how Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds will address the local needs. The City Council will consider the document during a public hearing scheduled for April 25, 2023.
