Storytime Guidelines:

Children's programs at the Grant R. Brimhall Library and Newbury Park Branch Library are very popular. In order for all to enjoy them, we ask that you observe the following guidelines:

  • Please follow the suggested age guidelines listed for each program. Storytimes are expressly designed for the age group listed.
  • We make every attempt to begin on time. As it can be distracting to the storyteller and children, please arrive on time for programs. Due to space limitations, we may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive after the start time.
  • No need to signup. Just come and join the fun! For more information, please ask the Children’s Help Desk, or call 449-2660, option 7 or the Newbury Park Library at 805-498-2139.
